Store Purchase Policy 

 ª  All purchases made on www.anilahcindy .com will be followed by a contract. Customer will receive an email immediately after purchase indicated that customer has 24 hours to sign purchase document contract. Failure to sign document will result  into cancellation of the order. 

ª  Billing and shipping address must match in order to fulfill customer purchase. If customer is unable to fulfill this requirement order will be cancelled. 

ª  All returning customer and new customer must sign contract. Failure to fulfill this requirement order will be CANCELLED.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

ª If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original Flami Anilàh Cindy receipt/invoice or gift receipt. All Flami Anilàh Cindy's products must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return.

Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept on Sale, Clearance items or discounted items.





ª Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.


ª You have one option for returning merchandise purchased online and that will be by mail. All returns of online orders must be returned within 1-3 days from the day the order was delivered to you. 


Purchases made between November 01, 2021 through January 1, 2022 may be returned by mail up to January 31, 2022. You will need to present your packing slip at the time of the return. 

NOTE: Eligible products purchased on using PayPal before the refund is placed we will have to receive the item first or have a tracking # stating that item was picked up from the customer before placing the refund.

ª Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:(Contact us for mailing address).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


*Flami by Anilah Cindy has the right to refuse the return of any item(s) based on the following reasons:

The product must be returned in its original state. We will not accept any hair pieces that have been worn or used, have loosened curls, have visible tangles, have visible hair products, have been bleached, or colored, chemically processed, emits odors, the wefts have been cut into pieces, or hair length or volume is trimmed by cutting.

-The merchandise is damaged.
-Pieces of the product are missing.
-It is past the acceptable 1-3 days.
-Original tags and packing are missing or damaged.


ª Cancellations are allowed before the item has been shipped. You cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped. You will have 24HRS after placing an order to cancel your order!


** If we receive your item and the return is denied and you will not receive a refund. You can always have the item back it will be shipped to you but you will have to pay for the shipping price. 


***If issued a refund please allow 1-7 business days for the amount to reflect on your bank or credit statement.***
